This Privacy Policy explains how The Goal (“The Goal,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit thegoal.bet(the “Site”). The Goal provides sports analysis and informational content only. It is intended for adults 21 and over.

We share limited data with the vendors that run our service: Resend (email delivery and list management), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Google (analytics), and Cloudflare (bot protection). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by replying to any email and asking us to remove you.
- Access, correction, or deletion.You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your location, you may have rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
